JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing activities and programs, ensuring they align with our business objectives. This role involves staying updated with marketing trends, coordinating market research, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing advertising, events, and public relations. The successful candidate will manage subordinate staff, ensure project milestones are met within budget, and possess extensive knowledge of marketing processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and implement marketing plans that support business objectives.
• Coordinate market research projects and analyze changes in the marketing environment.
• Select and manage ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors.
• Oversee advertising, events, and public relations activities.
• Manage subordinate staff in their day-to-day activities, ensuring project / department milestones are met and budgets are adhered to.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Industry Experience Required :

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably with experience in outbound sales marketing and lead management.

Experience with direct sales organizations and working with small businesses is a plus.

Education :

BA / BS in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
