Area Supervisor

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a full time Area Supervisor to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The Work :

  • Manage assigned ID residential programs, including all aspects of program operations so that financial, personnel and program goals are achieved
  • Monitor quality of services for all assigned programs, ensuring that all assigned programs comply with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations in compliance with licensing requirements
  • Assist in the development and implementation of agency goals and objectives
  • Support front-line supervisors and clinical experts to ensure cohesive team operations
  • Collaborate with the clinical team ensuring consistency in documentation related to treatment
  • Act as the point of contact for counties, hospitals, families, etc.
  • Actively participate in county planning and decision making activities
  • Follow through with all job duties consistent with the agency mission, vision, values, and strategic plan

    • Minimum Educational Requirements : (One of the following) :

  • Associate's degree or 60 credit hours with 4 years of experience in intellectual disabilities or related field
  • Bachelor's degree with two years of experience in intellectual disabilities or related field
  • Master's degree with one year of experience in intellectual disabilities or related field

    • Additional Minimum Requirements :

  • Experience with regulatory compliance
  • Two years supervisory / management experience
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to utilize internal software programs
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid Driver's License with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
