Test Lead Contact Center Cloud (CCaaS)

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead to drive the quality assurance efforts for our Contact Center Cloud (CCaaS) project. Based in the heart of New York City, this 12-month on-site role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact testing initiative that spans System Integration Testing (SIT), Performance Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Test Lead Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leads to derive test cases from functional and non-functional requirements
Ensure complete coverage of business-critical scenarios and edge cases
Document and manage test cases within Azure DevOps, ensuring traceability and organization
Develop and manage comprehensive test plans for all test phases, detailing scope, timelines, and risks
Coordinate test execution efforts with testers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders
Identify automation opportunities and work with engineers to implement scalable solutions
Track and report on test progress, defect metrics, and quality benchmarks
Test Lead Qualifications
Proven experience as a Test Lead in enterprise-scale IT projects, ideally involving cloud-based contact center technologies
Strong skills in test case design, planning, execution, and defect management
Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools
Excellent coordination and communication skills to align diverse stakeholder groups
Experience developing or managing automation frameworks is a plus
Familiarity with CCaaS platforms is advantageous
