Workforce Solutions partners directly with leading small to mid-sized CPA firms across the United States to connect them with top talent in the public accounting industry. We are currently working with a rapidly growing CPA firm with 250+ employees and 19 US office locations in WI, NE, CO, and AZ. What's the role?

Audit / Assurance Managers are responsible for managing client relationships while auditing their financial records for compliance with generally accepted accounting rules and standards. This includes :

  • Analyzing client financial records to identify potential accounting issues and performing research to present proposed solutions.
  • Training, mentoring, and managing team members in audit processes.
  • Building new and strengthening existing client relationships while demonstrating basic knowledge of clients' businesses.
  • Communicating and meeting with clients as requested; providing recommendations to assist clients with financial or tax needs.

What experience and skills do I need to be successful?

  • 3+ years of audit experience at a public accounting firm.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • CPA certification is highly desired or ability to attain.
  • Candidates who are willing to work onsite are preferred, but willing to consider hybrid / remote work for experienced talent.
