Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
About the Role :
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services for middle and high school students in Colorado. This position focuses on supporting older students communication development, academic progress, and social interaction skills through individualized therapy delivered online.
What Youll Do :
Provide virtual speech and language therapy to middle and high school students
Conduct assessments, write reports, and contribute to IEP development and progress monitoring
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support carryover of skills into classrooms and daily activities
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Colorado state, district, and federal requirements
What You Bring :
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Colorado SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred but not required)
Experience working with middle and high school students preferred
Knowledge of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and compliance standards
Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and digital therapy tools
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
