Must be able to negotiate ladders, stairs and terrain with varying grades. Employee will be required to safely operate a motor vehicle, day or night, and at times under adverse weather conditions. Must be physically fit to lift 50 pounds from pick-up bed. Office work environment less than 10%.

About the Role :
As an Operator at EnerVest, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and controlling the operation of various machinery and equipment, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and performing routine maintenance tasks with little supervision.
Responsibilities :
- Tests and monitors oil and gas wells using correct procedures.
- Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrections to existing procedures to ensure the assigned field meets performance standards.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting to ensure the proper functioning of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents or abnormalities.
- Reports all spills and accidents to supervisor.
- Must be able to operate company vehicles and lease equipment such as compressors, pumps and generators for 8-12 hours per day.
- Other duties as assigned.
