We are seeking a Systems Analyst to provide advanced (2nd and 3rd level) technical support and oversee key enterprise applications. This role is responsible for supporting district-wide systems, Microsoft 365 admin centers, and service desk / asset management platforms, as well as troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. The Systems Analyst will also serve as a technical resource for escalated issues and help identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and recommend modern or automated solutions to improve IT operations and efficiency.
- Administer Microsoft environments including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Manage Active Directory, permissions, and on-premise / online file repositories; perform FOIA compliance searches.
- Provide advanced support for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, peripherals, and software.
- Configure and manage enterprise applications, including :
- Service desk / helpdesk management system
- Brightly Asset Essentials (asset / work order management system)
- Mail server operations, including mailbox types, mail flow, and security integrations
- Multi-function printer contract, training, and vendor liaison duties
- Wireless access points and security camera devices
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support operations during evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in IT systems administration.
- Support a safe and collaborative working environment while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire.Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Securrity, Computer Science, or related field preferred ; 4 - 6 years of related experience ; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Valid Driver's License in good standing.MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) preferred.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Office 365 admin functions, and components.Knowledge of Windows Server 2019 and above.Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows 10 and aboveKnowledge of Kaseya Help Desk and System Management software.Knowledge of network and cloud computing.Ability to exercise independent judgment and work independently.Skills in critical thinking and providing excellent customer service.Ability to manage and track multiple tasks and projects.Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining productive working relationships.Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and data.Why Join Us?

Schedule, Pay, & Benefits
