Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with a team to resolve inbound client inquiries

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience

1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Results-driven attitude with a flexible approach

Experience managing a busy caseload with time management skills
