Provides full-time support to the Resident Engineer in the administration of the contract. Supports daily document control of all construction documents, including submittals, RFI’s, formal correspondence, progress payments, quantity take-offs, change orders, as-builts, daily reports, field inspections, etc. Candidate must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to provide work deliverables accurately in a timely manner. Candidate must have experience preparing meeting minutes, preparing presentations, and coordinating various project tasks at one time. Candidate must be able to collaborate amongst different disciplines and stakeholders to review, resolve and document field and administrative matters.
Minimum Qualifications :
(Infrastructure experience in the public right of way is a plus.)
Salary Range :
Hourly : $35.00 - $45.00 Bi-Weekly : $2,800.00 - $3,600.00 Annual : $ 72,800.00 - $ 93,600.00
Working Hours / Conditions :
Consultants must have ability to work a minimum of 8-hour work shifts, Monday – Friday and commit to a minimum 6-month term. This may be up to a 3-year assignment. Work may require early morning and / or late-night shifts, and weekends; some dirty and disagreeable work environment and physical effort, such as working in inclement weather conditions, walking on uneven surfaces, and standing for long periods of time.
