A company is looking for a Lead Revenue Cycle Training Specialist who will design, deliver, and optimize training programs across the revenue cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Epic and other revenue cycle platforms
Provide at-the-elbow support for advanced workflows, including financial clearance, billing, follow-up, and denial management
Design and maintain training documentation, job aids, eLearning modules, and performance support tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business, Finance, or related field; 3 additional years of experience may substitute for minimum education
7+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations or training, including Epic system training and support
Epic Certified Trainer (must be current and in good standing)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience with Learning Management Systems and Instructional Design Tools
