To support our continued growth, we are seeking a VRF Technician to join our team. This role s responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing VRF / VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) HVAC systems. These systems are commonly used in commercial buildings, hotels, and multi-zone facilities due to their energy efficiency and precise climate control capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair VRF / VRV HVAC systems, including indoor and outdoor units, controllers, and associated components.
• Perform system startups, commissioning, and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance, including filter changes, refrigerant level checks, and coil cleaning.
• Diagnose system faults and troubleshoot issues related to refrigerant flow, electrical connections, and control systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer manuals to ensure proper installation and repairs.
• Work with refrigerants following EPA guidelines and industry best practices.
• Program and calibrate system controllers for efficient climate control operation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their HVAC concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and parts used.
