Veterinary Client Care Specialist
Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center in Waukesha, WI is hiring a full-time Veterinary Client Care Specialist to join our Client Care team on swing shift.

Schedule and Compensation :
- 4 / 10 hour shifts per week- 10am-7pm, including rotating weekends
- Competitive compensation which is based on skill level. $17-21 / hr

Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate mannerPrepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completelyEducate and advise clients regarding WVRC services and practicesProcess appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all timesProcess invoices and payments accuratelyUpdate and maintain client / pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirementsAssist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, for exampleSupport team to reach common goalsAbility to recognize and seek guidance in all client-related cases where protocol does not applySecond Shift Client Care Specialist hours - 3pm-12am & will include every other weekend and a holiday rotationAbout You :
