job_description.job_card.job_descriptionIndependent Massachusetts license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT,) or eligible within 120 days For substance use roles at Northstar : LADC I or CADC welcomed in addition to a master’s-level license Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited program
Available Roles :
- Outpatient Therapist (Flexible Schedule) – Work in-person or via telehealth. You set your hours, and we’ll help match you with clients who fit your style and expertise.
- Primary Therapist (Full-Time, 40 hrs / week) – In-office role at our Southborough or West Springfield locations.
