Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist, where you'll act as an extension of our clients, managing inbound inquiries with professionalism and care. You'll resolve customer issues, educate users, and build trust through efficient, accurate service using multiple systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle customer inquiries across up to 10 systems

Provide accurate solutions and educate customers

Document interactions and escalate issues as needed

Meet response time, quality, and productivity targets

Maintain schedule adherence and attendance standards

Qualifications :

High school diploma required; college degree preferred

1+ years in customer support or relevant education

Experience in tax, banking, mortgage, or real estate preferred

Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills

Typing speed of 35+ WPM; Microsoft Suite experience preferred
