About The Position

Certifications : Preferred certification in Electrophysiology

Must-Have : Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an electrophysiology lab.

Description : This is a contract RN position in the Electrophysiology Lab.

The role requires performing standard implant procedures and all electrophysiology ablation cases except for VT.

Candidates should be familiar with Watchman procedures and high-volume cases.

The unit has 1 lab with a staff of 3-4 members per procedure, including anesthesia.

The patient ratio is 1 : 1 during procedures.

The team consists of a mix of RNs and techs, with a supervisor present.

All staff must be prepared for a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

The equipment used includes Philips technology and the EMR system is Meditech.

Candidates without the required skills will not be considered.

Preferred candidates will have experience scrubbing and monitoring with Claris.

The dress code consists of scrubs provided by the facility, and specific details about unacceptable attire apply.

The unit has received recognition for high engagement scores and provides an opportunity to work with a dedicated and skilled team.

This position offers exposure to new equipment and technology in a busy lab environment.
