Key Responsibilities

Social Marketing Leadership :

Own and drive all social marketing and influencer initiatives.

Develop and implement innovative strategies to grow the audience, with a focus on automotive enthusiasts and adjacent communities.

Creative Ideation and Campaign Execution :

"Live in the future" to conceptualize groundbreaking marketing approaches.

Ideate, plan, and execute new and impactful campaigns.

Client Engagement and Storytelling :

Present ideas and campaign strategies to the client with impeccable storytelling and persuasive communication skills.

Team Leadership and Collaboration :

Be actively involved in the day-to-day details of all projects.

Guide, coach, and inspire the team while contributing as a key player to ensure success.

Content and Trend Analysis :

Stay immersed in the automotive space and other industries to generate insights and inspiration.

Remain at the forefront of emerging social media and marketing trends.

Paid Marketing Expertise :

Understand and manage paid marketing initiatives to maximize reach and impact.

Qualifications

Proven track record of driving audience growth through social marketing and influencer programs.

Exceptional creativity and ability to think strategically about future-facing marketing opportunities.

Strong storytelling skills with experience in client-facing presentations.

Hands-on leadership style with a passion for being involved in every detail.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, marketing tools, and emerging trends.

Experience in the automotive industry or a related field is a plus.

Familiarity with paid marketing campaigns and their implementation.
