Digital Campaign Manager
Walmart Connect is seeking experienced Digital Campaign Managers to build and execute advertising solutions that drive conversion and build brand equity. This role is both strategic and tactical, requiring a deep understanding of marketing objectives and the ability to translate them into actionable media plans. As a Campaign Manager, you will leverage your 3+ years of experience in digital campaign management to plan, deliver, and optimize omnichannel ad campaigns. You will oversee revenue recognition and delivery across managed and self-service campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and performance reporting.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic planning and execution of managed and self-service campaigns.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in media planning, audience strategy, and platform activation.
- Represent Walmart Connect in client and agency meetings, providing expertise on media tactics and campaign stewardship.
- Demonstrate proficiency across media types : paid search, programmatic display (onsite / offsite), digital sponsorships, CTV, social media (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok), digital OOH, and in-store experiential tactics.
- Apply purchase funnel strategies to align with client objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to develop data-driven media proposals.
- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and optimization strategies to stakeholders.
- Identify incremental revenue opportunities through performance analysis and seasonal programming.
- Partner with Media Insights for campaign measurement and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to internal SLAs and QA processes for campaign launches.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams through exceptional client service.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to traffic campaigns across various ad tech environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.3+ years of experience in bid management, campaign optimization, or digital media operations.Strong understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.).Proven client-facing experience with risk identification and solution development.Curiosity and adaptability in learning new platforms and tactics.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong project management and prioritization abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.Experience with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, Power BI.Preferred Qualifications
3+ years managing or consulting on digital campaigns across display, video, social, search, and experiential.Deep expertise in programmatic advertising, including DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.Proven success in developing strategies that drive advertiser investment in Walmart media.Primary Location
