🌟 We're Hiring : Administrative Assistant (Patient Access Coordinator)! 🌟

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to serve as a Patient Access Coordinator. The ideal candidate will streamline patient registration processes, manage healthcare documentation, and ensure seamless coordination between patients and medical staff while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality.

📍 Location : Cambridge, United States

⏰ Work Mode :  Hybrid (2 - 3 days onsite / week)

What You'll Do :

  • Coordinate meetings including, team meetings and PAEC (schedule meetings, develop agenda and minutes​
  • Administrative assistance including, but not limited to : ​

Calendar management​

  • Expense reports​
  • Domestic and international travel arrangements​
  • Event planning
  • ​Onboarding new employees, office supplies other​
  • Administrative support for the Patient Access team​
  • Archiving, manage related SharePoint sites​
  • Support contracting, invoices, and Purchase Orders process​
  • Patient access mailbox management and other team activities​
  • Performs other duties as required

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree​
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting one or more individuals
  • 2 years experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or healthcare preferred
