Overview

Director Physician Recruitment – HCA Healthcare – Brentwood, TN. This incentive-eligible Director will lead physician & advanced practice provider recruitment for Anesthesia and Radiology, supporting service line growth, staffing strategy and partnership with hospital leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and leverage understanding of service line, facility and growth objectives to support annual physician & provider planning and execution.
• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for the service line / LOB, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, quality checks and qualification evaluation in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with service line & facility leadership to understand and intake business needs, activating recruitment strategies to support those needs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics (time to fill, applicant flow, referral signed, etc.) and produce monthly / quarterly reports, communicating results and recommendations in a storytelling style for executive audiences.
• Consult with hospital CEO's and LOB physician services leaders to determine staffing needs and support recruitment efforts, collaborating on physician spend budget and project management of recruitment pipeline.
• Maintain data integrity for recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and recruitment results, ensuring compliance with regulatory and data integrity requirements.
