Residential Plumbing Sales Technician – $30–$35 / hr + Commission

Santa Clara, CA | Full-Time | Clean Driving Record Required

Plumbing Point, Inc. is a fast-growing residential service plumbing company based in Santa Clara, CA. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Plumbing Technician to join our expanding team.

What You’ll Do :

Perform plumbing inspections in residential homes, including entering crawlspaces and attics as needed

Diagnose issues and present clear, honest solutions to homeowners

Educate customers on services and products (including water heaters, repipes, fixture replacements, etc.)

Close sales confidently and professionally

Complete basic installations when needed (water heaters, fixtures, etc.)

Maintain a clean, professional appearance and provide top-tier customer service

Accurately complete work orders and reports using our mobile platform

Travel to job sites within a 20-mile radius of Santa Clara

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience

Strong sales or customer service skills in the field

Must be comfortable working under homes in crawlspaces

Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Fluent in English (bilingual a plus)

Compensation & Benefits :

$30–$35 / hour base pay (depending on experience)
