Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our integrative clinic in Green Bay, WI.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness strategies while tracking progress and adjusting treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in a team-oriented environment and maintain accurate medical records.
• Qualifications include WI licensure, at least 2 years of clinical experience, and interest in functional medicine. Certifications in functional medicine and experience with EHR systems are preferred.
