As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will make safety a priority and bring value to the entire life-cycle of data center builds in order to create an environment for all workers to return home safely. You will foster a Environmental, Health and Safety Construction (EHS) culture by establishing clear expectations, open communication, the engagement of all workers, safe work behaviors, and continual improvement. You will build and resource a program that touches every worker that comes on our sites and continues to live on with them at home and throughout their careers.

The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
