High school diploma or equivalentFive or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shopTwo ASE certifications (or can obtain within six months of hire with reimbursement)Valid driver\'s licenseOne or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, hotel or any role with customer interaction)Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation : Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time, no weekendsMust be able to follow the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitiveNice to Have
