job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPartnering with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and manage requirements in the form of user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria. Supporting website implementation projects, with a focus on enterprise CMS and contributing to e-commerce and custom application development projects. Participating in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contributing to collaborative design sessions (Miro / Mural). Supporting user acceptance testing by validating deliverables against requirements. Assisting with content migration planning and auditing efforts. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of BA experience working on website implementations or custom application development in a consulting / agency environment (preferred). Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise CMS (Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Storyblok, Bloomreach, Contentful, ContentStack etc.). authentic, client-ready, and able to manage conversations and expectations effectively. Ability to work independently, while also partnering with senior BAs for oversight on initial projects. A natural curiosity and interest in AI or personalization technologies. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
