Based at a 99-bed acute care facility, this position offers broad clinical exposure, the flexibility of 4–5 workdays per week, and a manageable 1 : 3 call rotation. Position Highlights :

• Base Salary : $500,000+ for new grads; $551,000+ for experienced surgeons
• Resident Stipend : $18,000 until completion
• Schedule : 4–5 clinical days / week with 10–11 call shifts / month (1 : 3 rotation)
• CME Allowance : $5,000 / year
• Recruitment Bonus : $35,000
