Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) in Home Health, you will :

  • Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop effective therapy plans of care.
  • Monitor and report on patients' responses to treatment and any changes in their conditions.
  • Implement treatments to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning.
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members about the care plan, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.

    • Licensure Requirements

  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in your state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
