Industrial Security Specialist L3

The Industrial Security Specialist L3 will establish and manage the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) industrial security program in alignment with directives from the SpRCO Government Security Director and Branch Chief. This individual will oversee the entire lifecycle of industrial security requirements for SpRCO contracts, including prime, subcontracts, indefinite-delivery / indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), and no-cost agreementsacross all classification levels and scopeswhile supporting evolving business strategies and program assignments.

Required Qualifications :

• Security Clearance : Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility
• Experience & Skills :
• 10+ years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) experience
• 4+ years of experience in SAP / SCI or SCI environments within the last five years
• Proven ability to work independently on high-visibility, mission-critical programs
• Experience advising program managers, contracting officers, and program security officers on security requirements, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and proper DD254 processing
• Expertise in tracking and maintaining industry partner security documentation
• Ability to guide industry partners in obtaining and maintaining facility security clearances, as coordinated with SpRCO government authorities
• In-depth knowledge of Industrial Security policies and regulations, serving as SpRCO's subject matter expert
• Experience collaborating with Department of the Air Force personnel on industrial security compliance, record-keeping, and inspections
• Education & Certifications :
• Master's degree in Arts, Science, or Engineering (equivalent experience may be considered instead of education)
