Day-to-day, you will :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment i ncluding job postings, resume review, interviews, and compliance with EEOC and Affirmative Action requirements.
• Administer new hire processes such as offer letters, background checks, onboarding, and orientation.
• Perform a thorough orientation for new employees with a comprehensive overview of benefits; oversee and drive the entire onboarding process, ensuring assignments are pushed out and completed.
• Support benefits administration , including open enrollment, wellness reimbursements, and employee inquiries.
• Oversee payroll processing, timecard approvals, and termination procedures, ensuring compliance and timely final pay.
• Maintain personnel records , I-9 compliance, and employment posters; submit required EEO filings.
• Respond to employment verification requests and assist with FMLA tracking .
• Oversee employee recognition programs and serve as the first point of contact for audits and HR policy questions.

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's degree in business, human resources management or closely related field.

✅ Three (3) to five (5) years of experience performing the duties listed above

✅Current PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

✅ Prior experience processing payroll with benefits administration

✅ Intermediate understanding of employment laws and regulations and how they apply to day-to-day HR functions.

✅ Ability to demonstrate proficiency in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines , with the ability to adapt within a changing environment

✅ Intermediate software skills , including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ability to learn new software systems

✅ Intermediate skills using Applicant tracking (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

✅ Ability to use office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers / scan

✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written) required

✅ Customer service experience and skill with a commitment to providing outstanding client service
