Overview
This position will require travel primarily throughout East Michigan with occasional travel to West Michigan. It will work weekends only if there are safety concerns or emergency warrants. Manages the complex process improvement activity. The individual is responsible for the creation, implementation, and management of Quality and Safety projects and the formation of clinical improvement teams. Interfaces with executive and physician leadership and manages change in a highly complex / matrixed environment. Includes assessment, analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation of a large number of interventions, programs and data. Also provides consultation within the health system in planning group processes, targeting improvement strategy initiatives and facilitating change through internal team building.
