Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Overland Park, Kansas.
Duties :
- Develop and refine content for webinars and events, including outlines, scripts, decks, and promotional materials
- Ensure messaging is brand-aligned, tailored for enterprise / government audiences, and highlights company’s leadership
- Manage content approval workflows with marketing, PR, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment
- Oversee messaging governance, driving consistency and quality across external appearances
- Maintain a centralized editorial calendar, tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, speakers, and marketing teams to optimize content and prepare participants
