Leasing Professional – Retreat West Hills | Knoxville, TN

Join our dynamic team at Retreat West Hills in Knoxville! We’re seeking a motivated Leasing Professional who’s passionate about customer service and ready to grow their career in property management.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide prospects through the leasing process and secure new leases
  • Ensure model units are tour-ready and appealing
  • Maintain accurate resident / property files
  • Promote the community through marketing & social media
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve resident concerns

    • What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma / GED required
  • Leasing experience preferred (customer service or sales background required)
  • Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • Strong computer skills; Entrata / social media a plus
  • Ability to walk property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Availability to work Saturdays; bilingual skills a plus
