About the Role : At Boston Scientific, the Senior Business Process Analyst acts as a distribution planning expert and supports processes across the Boston Scientific Global Supply Chain. This role partners closely with GSC-Planning COE workstreams as well as global stakeholders to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities Include :

• Improve, maintain, and troubleshoot the distribution replenishment process within Kinaxis Rapid Response and SAP.
• Lead projects to enhance system effectiveness and process efficiency.
• Communicate key priorities and best practices to the Global Supply Chain community.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP, Kinaxis - Rapid Response, and other supporting systems.
• Create and improve training content for global users.
• Provide business process and systems support to the end users.
• Construct and adhere to project plans, identify dependencies and resource requirements, communicate project status and escalate issues.
• Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification, and standardization capabilities
