Picture your day starting on the warehouse floor, scanner in hand, confirming counts that keep production running on time. As an Inventory Accuracy Analyst, you’ll safeguard data integrity through meticulous cycle counts, investigate discrepancies at the transaction level, and partner with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to correct errors fast. Your work keeps operations efficient and prevents avoidable delays.
What You’ll Do
- Cycle Counts, Daily to Monthly : Perform scheduled counts aligned to established inventory control procedures, recording results precisely and closing counts within targeted timeframes.
- Reconcile and Resolve : Dig into transaction histories to uncover root causes, then coordinate with cross-functional teams to correct records and locations.
- Data You Can Trust : Enter count data into the ERP (Oracle), generate cycle count reports, and track accuracy trends to highlight areas for improvement.
- Quality & Identification : Verify part numbers, product IDs, units of measure, and storage locations; ensure proper labeling and handling during all counting activities.
- Audit Support : Assist with physical inventory audits as needed to validate the overall accuracy of stock.
- Safety & Better Processes : Follow facility safety standards and recommend process enhancements that reduce variances and elevate inventory reliability.
