NOW HIRING : Full Stack Developers (MERN Stack) Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 2–3 dayz onsite / week) Duration : 12+ months contract (Strong chance of extension) Interview : Onsite | One round | Fast-moving process Openings : 4 Mid-Level Developers (5–6 years’ experience) 4 Senior Developers (8–10 years’ experience) Rate Range : $45-60 / hr About the Opportunity : Join a high-impact product team developing a cutting-edge digital mapping and analytics platform used for operational planning, outage playback, and real-time event simulations. This is your chance to build highly visual, data-rich applications that directly shape critical infrastructure operations. You’ll work in a collaborative Agile environment (8–10 members) — designing, coding, and deploying scalable features that bring interactive maps, predictive simulations, and advanced visualization tools to life. What You’ll Do : Develop and enhance full stack applications using React, Node.js, MongoDB, and Express Design and implement interactive map layers (Mapbox, Gooogle Maps, etc.) Build new REST APIs and optimize back-end data handling Deploy applications in OpenShift / Kubernetes environments Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, and Design teams in an Agile setup Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and contribute to roadmap features Present demos and contribute innovative ideas during sprint showcases What We’re Looking For : Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB Proven experience developing interactive mapping or data visualization tools Solid understanding of Docker, Git / Bitbucket, and Agile development Experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes deployments Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bonus Skills : Experience with Next.js, NestJS, TypeScript, or Web Sockets Knowledge of Chart.js, Recharts, or D3.js Background in utility, energy, or operational analytics projects Confident in leading demos and articulating technical solutions The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements : medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking / public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.
