Job Description

Coordinate housing accommodations for athletes and sports event participants, ensuring all needs are met efficiently. Communicate with hotels and other housing providers to secure bookings and negotiate terms. Handle housing-related inquiries from clients and participants, providing timely and accurate responses. Maintain detailed records of housing arrangements and associated costs for reporting purposes. Collaborate with event organizers to align housing logistics with event schedules and requirements. Resolve any issues or conflicts related to housing arrangements promptly and professionally. Assist in developing and improving housing processes for future events. Contribute to the overall success of the logistics department by supporting additional projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sports Housing Coordinator should have : Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client and vendor interactions. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset to address challenges efficiently. Experience in housing coordination, logistics, or event planning is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. A strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in housing arrangements and records.
