Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Holiday Lighting Salesperson to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a flexible work environment, and is motivated by performance-based income. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting consultations, and closing sales for holiday and permanent lighting services.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through local networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations with residential and commercial customers.
• Provide creative lighting design ideas and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare and present professional proposals and estimates.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline to maximize closing rates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer expectations are met.
