About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS, RNFA, CNOR.

Must-Have : Experience in general, trauma, gynecology, and eye cases.

Experience working with the Da Vinci robot is required.

Charge experience is preferred.

Description :

The position requires experienced RNs who will be rotating on weekday, weekend, and holiday call.

Candidates should be capable of circulating other cases when the General team is not busy.

Patient ratios are 1 : 1 for days and nights.

Call requirements vary by specialty.

Weekend coverage includes being on call every 4th weekend.

The unit sees a diverse patient population, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Daily census averages around 45.

There are 18 rooms available for procedures.

Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response teams, and pharmacy.

Candidates should possess skills in cardiac monitoring and conscious sedation monitoring.

Scrub experience in various surgeries, including bariatric, cardiovascular, endoscopic, ENT, general, gynecology, neurology, thoracic, and vascular is required.

RTO is limited during holidays, and holiday rotation requires work every other weekend.
