As our Safety Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind creating a safe, compliant, and proactive workplace across two dynamic manufacturing facilities. In this role, you’ll champion OSHA and state compliance while building a strong culture of safety that empowers every employee. From leading risk assessments and hazard control strategies to spearheading injury prevention initiatives, you’ll play a key role in protecting our people and strengthening our operations. You’ll also guide workers’ compensation and incident reporting, manage PPE improvements and purchasing, and deliver impactful training that keeps safety top of mind. Working hand-in-hand with leadership, you’ll continuously raise the bar on health and safety—ensuring every team member goes home safe, every day.

Requirements :

• Experience with PPE purchasing and vendor management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years of safety management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation processes, risk assessments, and hazard control methods.
