Key Position Details :
Allina Health Cancer Institute is seeking a board-certified / board-eligible Internal medicine physician to join our growing practice.
This is a full-time, inpatient position dedicated to caring for hematology patients as part of our esteemed cancer institute consult service.
The role entails 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm, working seven days in a row, followed by seven days off.
Join a cohesive team of hematologists, oncologists, advanced practice providers, and specialists in thoracic, surgical, radiation, and urologic oncology.

Job Description :
Responsible for direct patient care by reviewing patient's medical history while collecting, prioritizing, and synthesizing comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Provides education, consultation or intervention to patients (treatment plan) and their families.
Provides direct internal medicine patient care to individuals eighteen years and older on a daily basis.
Principle Responsibilities

Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or work flows.

Pay Range
Pay Range : $276,700 to $323,600 per year
The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
