About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Description :

The Emergency Department has 21 beds.

Patient ratios are 4 : 1.

Unit Secretary is available, but technicians are not.

Standard emergency room equipment is utilized.

Documentation is done using a specified system.

Scheduling requires 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week period.

Floating to other sites may be required.

Patient experience expectations must be acknowledged and signed on the first day.

The goal for patient experience is 75%.

Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Preferred certifications include TNCC and ENPC.

The dress code is scrubs in black or royal blue.

The unit follows specific guidelines and policies.

New equipment includes state-of-the-art monitors and ultrasound machines.

Flexibility in staffing is offered.

New stretchers are also available for use.
