The State of Michigan is looking for : Database Administrator 4 Max Bill Rate : - / hour Top Skills & Years of Experience : - Someone with a combination of DBA, architect, and developer experience is a plus. - Strong proficiency in T-SQL and PL / SQL, with expertise in query optimization and performance tuning. - Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Server Agent, and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Redgate, or Idera. - Solid understanding of database security, backup strategies, recovery models, and high availability configurations. - Familiarity with ETL processes, PowerShell scripting, and / or Azure SQL is a plus. - Proven ability to enforce development standards across teams. Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role. - Will close submissions on : 10 / 17 / 25 at 10am EST - Interview Process : Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared to share screen if asked. 2nd round interviews may be held in-person.
