Experience in cleanroom or controlled environment areas and standards associated with manufacturing in such areas.
Manufacturing Operator - Medical Device Responsibilities :
??? Perform designated manufacturing operations in both controlled and non-controlled environments in accordance with SOPs and safety requirements.??? Handle chemicals and solvents as required.??? Address simple, recognizable problems using established methods.??? Communicate effectively and keep supervisors informed of progress or issues.??? Maintain accurate and legible paper and digital production records following GMP guidelines.??? Advise leadership of any process, equipment, or product quality concerns.??? Ensure product quality through attention to detail, inspections, and in-process testing.??? Comply with all safety, security, and environmental requirements.??? Report any safety, health, or environmental incidents to management.??? Support a positive and motivated team environment with flexibility toward changing priorities.??? Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making, especially regarding patient safety and quality standards.??? Perform other duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Supervisor.Manufacturing Operator - Medical Device Qualifications :
??? High School Diploma required; Two-year technical degree preferred.??? 1???5 years of experience, preferably in medical device manufacturing or a related industry.??? Strong oral and written communication skills.??? Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.??? Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).??? Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented self-starter.??? Experience with manufacturing machinery, tooling, or medical device processes preferred.??? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.??? Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and priorities.??? Hands-on experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.???
