Director of Fundraising Strategy

A company is looking for a Director of Development & Fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

Design and lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy to grow annual revenue

Build and steward strong relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners

Oversee grant research, writing, and reporting to maximize funding opportunities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of proven fundraising experience (major gifts, grants, campaigns)

A track record of hitting or exceeding revenue goals

Experience with donor management software (Bloomerang, Donor search, Salesforce or similar)

A passion for the mission and the drive to make significant contributions

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results
