Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Designer and Executive Assistant located in Omaha, NE, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Designer and Executive Assistant will be responsible for creating visual content, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and supporting team operations. Day-to-day tasks will include designing graphic materials, assisting with project management, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting the executive team with administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Administrative Support, or related field.
