Schedule : Mon–Fri, 6 : 00 AM–2 : 30 PM or 2 : 00 PM–10 : 30 PM
Type : Full-Time | Contract
About the Role
Join a leading autonomous ride-hailing company as a Fleet Supervisor – Base Operations in Miami. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee daily fleet operations, ensure all vehicles are ready for deployment, and maintain top safety and performance standards. You’ll lead and support a small team of drivers and technicians while keeping operations efficient, organized, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day fleet and driver operations.
- Manage vehicle readiness, service routing, and logistics.
- Track inventory, parts, and maintenance documentation.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
- Serve as on-shift point of contact for issue resolution and communication.
- Train, coach, and support team members and new hires.
- Contribute to data reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
