Join Baskin-Robbins as a Crew Member in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for efficient order processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and dining spaces.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy dining environment.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
  • Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
