What You'll Do :

As a Dispatcher at The Driver Provider, youll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring smooth transportation logistics for VIP clients, groups, and events.

Coordinate and assign individual and group reservations for luxury transportation.

Monitor trips in real-time and manage upcoming same-day operations.

Match clients with chauffeurs based on skill, personality, and trip requirements.

Assign vehicles according to client needs and fleet availability.

Respond swiftly to unexpected changes like flight delays or traffic disruptions.

Communicate clearly with chauffeurs to ensure they understand and exceed client expectations.

Track trip status and chauffeur timeliness to ensure a flawless client experience.

Secure third-party transportation solutions when needed.

Provide top-tier support to both clients and chauffeurs.

Assist with phone support, data entry, and operational reporting as needed.

What You Bring to the Table :

A passion for details and delivering exceptional service.

Strong communication skills verbal and written.

Comfort using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Ability to learn new software quickly (well train you!).

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Collaborative mindset were a tight-knit team with shared goals.

Experience in executive transport, livery, dispatching, or similar fields is a major plus.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination.

Familiarity with dispatching or logistics software.

1+ years of experience in :

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Data entry and accuracy
• Real-time scheduling / dispatching
• Operational analysis
• Inbound / Outbound phone support
• Comfortable navigating various technology platforms

Ideal Skillset :

Excellent multitasking and prioritization in a fluid, fast-paced environment.

Ability to manage complex schedules and quickly adapt to last-minute changes.

Comfortable working with everyone from executive clients to professional chauffeurs.

Calm under pressure and consistently professional in demeanor.

Work Environment :

Youll work both in-office and occasionally in the field :

Office time may involve a mix of sitting, standing, and light physical activity.

Field work may require walking outdoors, navigating vehicles, and working in varied weather conditions.

Occasional ability to lift or move items weighing up to 35 lbs.

Special Considerations :

Willingness to attend training and meetings outside of standard business hours as needed.

Open to occasional travel to support operations at other locations.
