Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Encourage relational learning and ensure children have and make choices.
• Create engaging activities that promote learning through play.
• Foster a positive, developmentally appropriate, and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures each person’s confidence.
• Ensuring that the child's daily routine is planned with the child's parent(s) / guardian and in accordance with MA EEC Standards.
• Monitor and assess child progress daily and provide quarterly written assessments to parents / guardians.
• Mentor and evaluate teaching assistants who support the children and classroom.
• Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Maintain a safe, organized and healthy environment to ensure compliance with MA DPH Standards.

Requirements :

Position : Full-time Salaried : $ 52,000 to $ 62,500 per year with extensive benefits ( depending on years of experience & certifications)

Part-time : $24 - $30 per hour
