What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and their pets

Manage all aspects of client communication and service with care and professionalism

Partner closely with our medical team to ensure each pet receives top-quality care

Who You Are

Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented

Strong communicator and team player

Passionate about animal care (veterinary experience a plus, but not required)

Honest, dependable, and eager to grow your skills
