Insight Global is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to support operations for our client on a large university campus. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial HVAC systems and leadership experience in facilities management.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee a team of 2 HVAC technicians and 2 maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality service delivery. (team is growing)Manage and maintain commercial boilers and chillers, including :Preventative maintenanceTroubleshooting and diagnosticsSystem inspections and performance optimizationCoordinate with external vendors for scheduling, service delivery, and system upgrades; provide recommendations based on site needs and performance data.Operate within a ticketing system to manage work orders, track progress, and ensure timely resolution of issues.Serve as a client-facing and employee-facing leader, fostering strong communication, accountability, and collaboration across teams.Must Haves :
